Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate UI/UX expert to join our dynamic team at ShopSe Digital Finance.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in designing and optimizing user interfaces for Android Apps, iOS Apps, dashboards, and webpages in the fintech industry.
You will be responsible for going deep into the product to understand the user journey, conduct daily checks on performance metrics, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve and optimize the user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Design & Development :
- Create user-centric designs for Android, iOS apps, dashboards, and webpages with a focus on seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces that enhance customer interaction and engagement.
User Journey Understanding :
- Dive deep into the product to understand different user personas, flows, and pain points.
- Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from users and key stakeholders to continuously improve the user journey.
Performance Monitoring :
- Perform daily checks on key UI/UX performance metrics (e.g, drop-off rates, click-through rates, session durations).
- Continuously identify features or enhancements that can improve user engagement, conversion, and retention.
Optimization & Iteration :
- Work closely with the data and product teams to identify under-performing features, and develop design solutions to optimize the user journey.
- A/B test new designs, analyze results, and iteratively improve based on data-driven insights.
- Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and internal teams to refine and optimize designs.
Cross-Platform Consistency :
- Ensure design consistency across Android, iOS, web, and dashboards, aligning with the fintech brand's look and feel.
Collaborative Problem Solving :
- Work with the development team to ensure smooth hand-off of designs and to ensure that the final product matches design specifications.
- Advocate for best practices and user-centric design solutions in cross-functional discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3-10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on fintech products, apps, and dashboards.
- Proven experience designing and shipping Android and iOS applications, as well as responsive webpages.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and interaction design.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Ability to work with data teams to analyze key metrics and performance data, leading to actionable design improvements.
- Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback and stakeholder input to drive design enhancements.
- Experience in agile environments and working closely with developers, product managers, and data analysts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have :
- Experience in financial services or fintech industry.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for web and mobile design.
