EazyDiner - Senior User Experience Designer - User-Centered Design (4-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Senior UX Designer at EazyDiner, you will be at the forefront of crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design goals, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the dining journey for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities :

1. User Research & Insights :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather actionable insights.

- Translate findings into user-centered design solutions.

2. Design Strategy & Execution :

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.

- Ensure designs align with business objectives and user needs while adhering to EazyDiner's brand guidelines.

3. Collaboration & Communication :

- Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

- Advocate for best practices in UX design and maintain a user-first mindset across teams.

4. Continuous Improvement :

- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to iterate on designs and improve the overall experience.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in UX design and dining technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience in UX design, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience in designing for mobile-first platforms (iOS and Android) and responsive web applications.

- Knowledge of interaction design principles, user flows, and information architecture.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the hospitality or dining tech industry.

- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.

- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
