Job Overview :

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and impactful experiences for our mobile apps. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver exceptional designs that align with business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-focused design solutions.

- Design and prototype mobile applications, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.

- Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across products.

- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Solve complex design challenges creatively, with a user-first mindset.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a product-based environment.

- Proven expertise in mobile application design with a portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centric work.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing.

- Experience working in startups is a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively.
