UI/UX Designer - Figma/Wireframe (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience, proficient in Figma, to join our dynamic design team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- UI Design : Design visually engaging and functional interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets, using Figma.

- UX Design : Collaborate in creating user personas, user flows, journey maps, and conduct usability testing to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience.

- Prototyping : Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts, and iterate on feedback to improve user interactions.

- User Research : Assist with user research activities (surveys, interviews, usability testing) and analyze data to inform design decisions.

- Collaboration : Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs.

- Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to understand user needs and business goals.

- Design Systems : Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency across all products.

- Iteration & Feedback : Participate in design critiques and apply feedback to improve design quality and user experience.

- Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process and user experience.

Requirements :

- Experience : 1-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design or similar roles.

- Proficiency in Figma : Strong experience in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

- UI Design Skills : Understanding of layout design, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create beautiful and effective interfaces.

- UX Design Skills: Knowledge of UX principles, wireframing, user flows, and usability testing.

- Experience in conducting user research is a plus.

- Collaboration : Ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and precision, ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and aligned with project goals.

- Portfolio : A strong portfolio that demonstrates both UI and UX design work, with a focus on user-centered design solutions.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in responsive design for web and mobile apps.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic front-end development.

- Knowledge of other design tools (e., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) is a plus.

- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
