Job Description
- Recruiting, Managing Sales Representatives
- Manage workers, assign jobs, and ensure timely completion of work
- Manage relationships with government and other connected authorities
- Ensure employee satisfaction, retention, customer satisfaction, and customer retention
- Responsible for contracts renewal for plant, transport, etc.
- Coordinate fulfillment of customer contracts ensuring great customer experience post-sales, communicate with logistics and customer teams to ensure trucks are not held up at customer gates
- Environment / HW, Pollution Norms
- Fire Safety
- Labor Inspection
- Any other government requirements / inspections
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the plant
- Ensure full discipline inside the facility premises
- Follow up on bills, attendance, plant supplies, insurance, and vendor management
- Correspondence with government and other departments
- Manage vehicles and ensure all vehicles insurance, safety, cleanliness, etc.
- Ensure procurement/purchasing takes place on-time, with the highest quality and most economical price and terms
- Maintain inventory of items, including assignment/issuance date, to whom, and quantity
