Role & responsibilities:
Drive the sales of BOWMLs services, including RRBO (Re-refined Base Oils), hazardous waste management, E-Waste Management, Waste water disposal and laboratory testing, within the assigned territory.
Promote EPR compliance & certificate sales for e-waste, battery waste, used oil, and plastic, targeting producers, manufacturers and industries.
Identify and engage potential clients to expand the companys footprint in emerging industrial regions.
Secure annual/multiyear contracts for hazardous waste disposal recycling, co-processing, secured landfill, incineration, wastewater disposal, and other services.
Negotiate contracts for procuring used oil and recyclable hazardous waste, ensuring cost optimization.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, pricing models, and customer needs.
Develop and implement strategies to counter competitive threats and identify new growth opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing BOWMLs diverse range of services and environmental capabilities.
Utilize BOWML WTS & CRM systems and sales software to manage leads, track progress, and ensure seamless communication.
Stay updated on technological advancements in waste management and integrate them into client discussions.
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Understand client budgets, decision-making processes, and contract awarding mechanisms to close deals effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies such as Pollution Control Boards, MoEF&CC, and CPCB.
Communicate BOWMLs compliance with environmental regulations and demonstrate its capability in sustainable waste management.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of customer contracts and timely service delivery.
Resolve logistical challenges and minimize delays at customer sites.
Oversee billing processes, including reviewing documentation and ensuring accurate and timely client submissions.
Actively follow up on payment collections and address any disputes or discrepancies.
Support management with additional tasks and special projects as needed.
Preferred candidate profile:
Any BBA/BMS/B.tech/Bsc with at least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales and Marketing. Experience in Waste Management and Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
