Sales And Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve the company's business objectives in the wastewater treatment industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the wastewater treatment market, various prevailing technologies and its pros and cons. Manager must possess excellent sales and marketing skills and the ability to mentor and manage a team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, enhance brand recognition, and expand the company's market share.

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop Sales Strategies:
• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
• Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.
• Create sales forecasts and budgets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Sales Operations:
• Carry out sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices.
• Achieve the laid down sales targets
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and performance.

Marketing:

1. Customer Reach
• Organize & Conduct in-person meetings by means of Canvassing, cold calling, or lead received from other sources.
2. Develop Marketing Strategies:
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Brand Management:
• Enhance brand awareness and reputation through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
4. Digital Marketing:
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.
5. Content Creation:
• Develop compelling marketing content including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
6. Event Management:
• Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Chemical, Environment, Mechanical or relevant filed.
• Master in Marketing or Sales and Marketing certification would be more preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wastewater treatment industry.
• Proven track record of development of market, achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the wastewater treatment market, technology and products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
• Well versed with MS office and computer applications
