Technical Sales Engineer

Position: Technical Sales Engineer Location: Gurgaon

We seek a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales & business development of water treatment O&M services across Delhi-NCR for residential buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, malls etc.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Water Treatment O&M along with use of new technologies (IoT, automation, data analytics)
• Conduct visits, calls, product demos, and presentations to prospective customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in these set-ups
• Analyze and present process and operation data
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company policies
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in STP/ETP/Waste Water management.
• Managing a team of field professionals involved in business development, sales, and services.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

• 3-8 years of experience in technical sales in water sector or related field
• Past experience of working at startups would be an advantage
• A degree in Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to ETP/STP/ZLD
• Organized, structured and consistent in hitting sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, should be well connected and networked
• Fluency in English and Hindi

• Willingness to travel extensively (60-70%) within Delhi-NCR
