Assistant Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the strategic planning, organization, and oversight of all operational activities todrive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
2. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term operationalstrategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at a macro level, identifyingtrends, areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions across multipledepartments.
4. Oversee and enhance logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring optimalcoordination with regional warehouse teams.
5. Spearhead the setup, management, and continuous improvement of the control towerdepartment, providing oversight of regional warehouse activities and operationalperformance.
6. Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering aculture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementswhile promoting a culture of safety and quality.
8. Address customer inquiries and operational issues, developing solutions that enhancecustomer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
9. Prepare and present detailed operational reports and performance metrics to seniormanagement, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
10. Lead budget preparation and cost control initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation ofresources and maximizing operational profitability.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relatedfield; Master s degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track recordof success in a leadership role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-drivendecisions.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationshipsacross all levels of the organization.
6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Location: New Delhi (Chhatarpur)
Job Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
