Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Account management liaising with marketplace managers of Amazon, Flipkart for solving account issues, building relationships, aligning internal teams for success.

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the E-commerce platform (viz. Amazon, Flipkart,Myntra, Ajio, etc.) Cover all activities including listing, forecasting, marketing, supply chain, payments reconciliation.

- Inventory planning ensuring inventory replenishment to avoid OOS/working closely with demand planning and warehousing team, ensuring the fastest time to customer by planning All India inventory disposition on primary platforms like Amazon/ Flipkart etc.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that stocks and replenishment happens as per desired results.

- Reporting & Analysis Monitoring all e-commerce metrics, generating informational dashboards to aid decision making, analysing data to drive interventions.

- Audits on listing - competition, own products, keywords, providing deep insights and inputs on observations, driving interventions to completion to achieve goal.

- Well-versed with PPC/AMS with 2-3 years of experience

Important Skills and Experience:

- Comprehensive E-commerce knowledge from Product Listing, Marketing, Sales, Inventory Planning, After Sales, customer service.
