Assistant Manager- Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly financial results.

- Present daily sales dashboards to senior management and channel heads.

- Conduct weekly preparation and discussion of financial results with the B2C business team, including analysis, interpretation, and recommendations for improvement.

- Analyse data to resolve concerns and drive improvement through cross-functional discussions.

- Develop and maintain innovative dashboards whenever requested for senior management to drive data-informed decision-making.

- Provide insightful, tailored data as per the requirements of business heads.

- Prepare working capital-related MIS reports, covering receivables, payables, and inventory.

- Support external auditor requests for quarterly reviews and annual audits.

- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within financial and operational workflows.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

- Articleship experience from a reputed or large-sized firm is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data analysis.

- Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights and findings effectively across teams.

- Ability to independently resolve areas of concern and deliver results efficiently.
