Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
