ServiceNow Tech Lead -HR Module

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tech Lead specializing in ServiceNow HR Module. The ideal candidate should have 7 years of experience in ServiceNow and 3 years in HR modules. Proven expertise in leading teams, implementing HR solutions, and optimizing human resource management processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow HRSD Modules:

• HR Case Management: Develop and maintain workflows for HR case management, ensuring timely resolution and efficient tracking of HR-related issues.
• Onboarding: Implement and optimize onboarding processes to provide new employees with a seamless experience from day one.
• Employee Service Center: Manage and enhance the employee service center to ensure employees have easy access to HR services and information.
• HR Processes:
• Recruitment: Support the development and maintenance of recruitment processes within ServiceNow, ensuring streamlined hiring workflows.
• Onboarding: Collaborate with HR teams to develop efficient onboarding workflows, ensuring a positive and consistent experience for new hires.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage and improve HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
• Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements, including creating and maintaining forms, workflows, notifications, and reports.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow HRSD modules with other HR systems and third-party applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation2.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure data management, including managing HR-related data within ServiceNow and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow HRSD applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates and enhancements2.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for customizations and processes.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Project Management: Experience in managing ITSM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, with a focus on HR case management, onboarding, and employee services.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow technologies including Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, HRSD Implementor.
