As a DevOPS Engineer, you will contribute to the Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring and Logging, Collaboration & Security. Your expertise DevOps practices will drive our product innovation and quality.

• Operational Support: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Open shift, Grafana, Kafka, Lamda box, Azure (if applicable), Microservices, Event Hub, Jenkins, Helm, and other cloud-based technologies within our data ecosystem.
• Platform Maintenance: Implement and maintain robust DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability of data services.
• Incident Management: Respond promptly to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to minimize system downtime and enhance system resilience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and architects, to design, deploy, and optimize data pipelines and microservices architecture.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, standards, and best practices related to data infrastructure and DevOps processes.

• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation ensuring successful promotions and handling fallbacks
• Java, J2EE, Python
• Code quality tools (SonarLint, Sonar Scan, CheckMarx)
• OpenShift, IBM WebSphere, OSM WebLogic, OpenJDK, Python, Shell scripting
• Python, C#, Perl or JavaScript
• JIRA and Confluence

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience as a DevOPS Engineer .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
