BayOne Solutions is looking for a US Technical Recruiter with 1+ year of relevant work experience and excellent communication skills. Please note, in this role, the ideal candidate will be servicing BayOne Solutions clients and customers in the United States.

Job Description: US IT Recruiter/Senior Recruiter

Location: Gurgaon/Ahmedabad (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

* Minimum 1+ year of experience working as a US Technical Recruiter.

• Expert in IT Recruitment & understanding of technology stack.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills..
• Expertise in US tax terms and visas ( w2,1099, C2C, etc).
• Experience working with direct clients.
• Hands-on sourcing and good knowledge of IT recruitment.
• Handled requirements for Application Development and R&D teams with exposure to hands-on sourcing for skills such as C/C++, Java, ERP, .Net , UI/UX, RDBMS, Testing ,Devops, Data Science, OS Internals 9Unix, Linux), ML, AI, File- systems, Protocols, IPC multithreading, socket programming, and TCP/IP. Well versed in SDLC, Agile/Water fall concepts.
• Exposure hiring in domains such as Storage, Networking, Database Internals, Virtualization, Systems, OS development, etc. . .
• Must have experience working on different types of ATS like Diva and Job Diva.

Preferred Experience:
