Roles and Responsibilities
Barbrik Project Limited is hiring for associated company PRA Panel private Limited,for Plant Location Dharsiwa, Raipur.

• Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll processing for employees.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities and sales hiring activities.
  
• Handle generalist HR tasks such as recruitment, compliance management, and training coordination.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all HR-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR role (Generalist).
  
• Proficiency in Attendance Management, Payroll Management, Compliance Management systems.
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Hiring and Recruitment processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
