GEN AI Lead Developer

Primarilyresponsible for working as Tech Lead i.e. leading the team and mentoring ittechnically.

Providehands-on technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment ofgenerative AI models and systems.

Serve asthe technical point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamlesscollaboration between product, engineering, and data science teams.

Guiding the team technicallyand helping them solve the technical problems, throughout the

project. Responsible for d efining projectgoals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensurescalability, robustness, and cost-efficiency of AI solutions.

Conduct code reviews, provideconstructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices in AIdevelopment.

Build and maintainworkflows to manage multiple POCs and project workloads efficiently.

Collaborate withdata scientists and domain experts to ensure model accuracy and relevance.

Architect end-to-end GenerativeAI pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment usingstate-of-the-art tools and techniques

Optimize AI models for speed,accuracy, and cost-efficiency.

Ensure compliancewith security and ethical standards.

Address challenges like datadrift and model degradation

Proactively introduceinnovative generative AI methodologies to address complex business challenges.

Foster a culture ofexperimentation and continuous learning within the team.

Ensure alignment betweenbusiness goals and technical implementations.

B.E./B.Tech degreein Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field from a leadinginstitute preferred.

Good leadership andpeople management skills.

Excellent communication skillsfor translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Hands-on experiencewith Python

Hands-on experiencein machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, and GenerativeAI technologies like LLM, RAG, Multi Modal architecture.

Familiarity withframeworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or Hugging Face.

Familiarity withMLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows.

Knowledge of cloudplatforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions.

Familiarity withcurrent AI trends and open source technologies.

Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work onmultiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.

Exposure tofinancial services domains is a plus.

Basic understandingof UI Frameworks (e.g. Angular) is a plus.
