GEN AI - Senior Data Scientist- GenAI

Requirements:

7 to10 Yrs Relevant Experience Machine Learning (ML) & Deep Learning.
Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning.
Proficiency with deep learning architectures like Transformers, LSTMs, RNNs, etc.
Natural Language Processing (NLP): Hands-on experience in use case classification, topic
modeling, Q&A and chatbots, search, Document AI, summarization, and content generation.

Generative AI:

• Hands-on experience with LLM/SLM models such as Anthropic Claude, Llama 3.x, Phi-3, Mistral, Deepseek, etc.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning and optimizing large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks.
• In-depth understanding of RAG pipelines, including knowledge retrieval techniques integrating search and retrieval systems, leveraging knowledge of Elasticsearch, AI Search, ChromaDB, PGVector etc.
• Experience integrating generative models with large databases for text-to-SQL operations & workflows.
• Expertise in crafting, fine-tuning, and optimizing prompts to improve model output quality and ensure desired results.
• Experience with Knowledge Graph based systems/solutions will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced ML/DL techniques & GenAI to solve complex problems
Lead the data-driven decision-making process, from data collection and analysis to implementation and monitoring of solutions
Manage AI projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI & ML, continuously improving our methodologies and technologies.
