VBA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and optimize Excel Macros (VBA) to automate repetitive tasks.

Build custom dashboards, reports, and data models to improve data insights.

Maintain and enhance existing Excel-based automation solutions.

Ensure data integrity, validation, and error handling in all automation processes.

Work closely with teams to identify opportunities for process automation.

Integrate Excel automation with other Office applications (Word, Outlook, Access) to improve workflow.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel Macros (VBA), Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Power Query.

Experience in data automation, processing, and reporting.

Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize macro performance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good documentation and communication skills for user training and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Excel automation and macros development.

Background in insurance, data operations, or finance is a plus.

Experience with API integration and SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
