Job Description

  • Position Area Manager-Sales (Motor Cycles)
  • Looking After Motor Cycle Sales
  • Grade L3

  • Experience Minimum 7 years of on roll experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services/FMCG/Retail
  • Qualification Any Graduate/P.G./MBA
  • Reporting to Regional Manager-Sales (Motor Cycles)
  • Nature of Role Individual Performer
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTY
  1. Managing a team of executives/officers/sr. Officers (front line sales)
  2. Increase penetration & support BAL in growing market share through frontline sales team
  3. To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (within & outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
  4. Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
  5. Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
  6. Acquiring more customers through ADC/rural channel
  7. Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing
  8. Managing the team of executives w.r.t. Compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits & managing dcc portfolio
  9. Femi/ns collection of FEMI bounce case & nonstarter (DCC/NDCC)
  10. Resolution of customer complaints
  11. Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
  12. Interview & selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM & ho for final approval
  13. Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales team
  14. Maintain & improve the productivity of front line sales team
  15. Responsible for PDD i . e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
  16. Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs achieved & escalate the issues to them

  • Target Achievement- Responsible for achieving volume targets for the area on quarterly basis through his team
    Sales penetration
  • Responsible for overlooking increase in number of finance customers with dealerships on quarterly basis
  • To administer , launch and smooth initiation of special schemes for festivals and conducting loan melas etc. In tandem with the RM/ZM
  • Acquiring more customers by utilizing alternate channels i.e. ADC / rural
  • Quality improvement
  • Responsible for supervising front line sales team to maintain minimum dcc arrears and NDCC FEMI bounces, reduce the ns cases
  • Responsible for maintaining credit document quality by regular audits of the team
  • Team management
  • Responsible for training and development of the front line sales team
  • Coordinating with training team to improve team performance
  • Resolving queries of team and guiding them to achieve 100% targets
