(Role Based - Std Library)
- Ensure smooth operations of conveyor lines Plan and achieve shift wise production target as per quality standards.
- Provide support to team members in the shops to improve in PQCDSM parameters.
- Interface, planning and execution of engineering changes at engine assembly.
- Coordinate hassle free introduction of new models (engine side) as per management plans.
- Coordinate with Automation team to convert manual processes into automation.
- Plan to analyze to improve line RFT / OLE/ DPR
- On the job training and capability building of cell members & DTEs for current as well as future roles.
