Job Description
1. Procurement and storage of Indirect consumables
2. Material receiving and issue as per production plan.
3. Regular updates to management for inventory levels perpetual inventory of consumables.
4. Monitoring production process to meet the timely completion of requirement within budget.
5. Ensuring requisite availability of tools, jigs Engine related OE parts.
6. Compliance of material planning and procurement rules, considering Environmental compliances as well.
7. Negotiation with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for indirect consumables
8. Receipt and approval of parts and services as per purchase terms
9. Performing risk assessment on potential contracts with suppliers.
10. Preparing budget: Revenue and Capital
Competencies:
Functional/Technical:
1. Hands on Production Procurement experience
2. Material Layout planning FIFO knowledge
3. Process Skills: Material handling while receiving and issuing.
4. Knowledge of material requirement planning and related softwares (Oracle, SAP, proficient in MS-office).
5. 5 S ergonomics knowledge
Behavioral:
1. Target oriented, good analytical problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, communication presentation skills, team player, self discipline with networking skills etc.
2. Excellent in multitasking and time management skill with ability to prioritize task.
3. Management and leadership skill.
4. Have exposure to 5S, 5 why, 3G, 3K analysis. Functional/Technical:
1. Hands on Production Procurement experience
