Role & responsibilities

Preparation & Lodgement of export documentation.

• Knowledge of EDPMS and IDPMS closure, should be able to drive and close transaction with banks.
• Reviewing of Trade finance related charges for issued products like LC, Bill discounting , BCs etc and taking up with bank incase of any discrepancy.
• Preparation & ensure timely issuance of Letter of Credit (LCs) application (import/ Domestic), Buyers credit (BC),SBLC, Bank Guarantees (BG), Suppliers credit(SC) etc
• Assist in renewal/ Closure/ Retirement of LCs , BCs, BGs and ensure timely release of Non-fund based limits
• Ensure Coordination with intra departments like marketing team, procurement, plants , exports team and external stake holders like banks, consultants etc
• Day to day coordination with banks for resolving trade operations related queries.
• Prepare the documentation with respect to sales discounting, PCFC, factoring and availing the same and resolving queries.
• Timely availability of PC, Export Packing credit, Bills Negotiation, bill discounting, Hundis etc.
• Taking rates with banks for LCs, BCs, EBR etc
• Taking quotes for Buyers credit and ensure timely issuance of LoU for smooth funding.
• Maintaining detailed MIS for all trade finance products such as LCs, BC, PCFC, Bill discounting etc
• Maintaining bankwise all Fund based & Non fund based limits and respective bank charges and updating it on regular basis.
• Assisting on monthly Treasury MIS
• Responsible for KYC updation in Banks.
• Shall be responsible for overall trade/ trade operation related process and activities.
• Should be responsible for ECGC documentation / Trade credit .

Added Advantage: Knowledge of exports/ Working capital/ Stock statements etc

Preferred candidate profile

MBA Finance( part time/ Full time)/ CA inter or / ICWA inter or full with minimum 3/4 years of experience in handling Trade finance operations and related treasury activities

Good interpersonal & communication skills, should possess keen eye for details, assertive and quick at learning new areas

Candidates must have experience in the manufacturing industry.
