Role & responsibilities

1. IFA Acquisition & Activation:

o To acquire new IFAs and achieve the activation number for the month / year from the acquired partners. o Ensure smoother Onboarding of the IFA till Code generation

2. Business Growth: o Proactively engage with Partners to increase their portfolio size and ensure consistent growth in Assets under Management (AUM).

o Meet monthly and yearly sales and AUM targets as per KRA.

3. Compliance & Documentation:

o Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including completing all necessary paperwork, agreements, and compliance requirements such as NISM certifications 5 / 21A

4. Training & Communication:

o To provide the training on the Products such as PMS, AIF, UNLISTED, BONDS o To be in constant touch with IFA (Partner) to ensure that all the products / factsheets are communicated to IFA.

5. Partner Relationship Management: o Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth on boarding process for new Partners and continuous engagement with partners to ensure Activation and no grievance to be received from IFAs.

6. Cross-Selling Opportunities: o Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products, such as equity solutions, insurance, Unlisted, Bonds other financial services, to maximize Partner engagement and revenue generation.
