Transaction Monitoring (Debit Cards) - Senior Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Debit Card Monitoring team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Lead: Manage a team of debit card monitoring analysts, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Project Handling: Oversee various projects related to debit card monitoring, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on monitoring activities, trends, and incidents to senior management.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in fraud detection and prevention. Prepare Team roster to conduct activities smoothly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU), to address and resolve issues promptly, aiming to increase detection and prevention rates.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the monitoring team.
