Senior Manager- Risk Assessment and Monitoring

The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading risk management efforts across multiple business lines and geographies, providing actionable risk insights to stakeholders, and driving process improvements. The role requires a deep understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This global role pans diverse geographical areas and a range of financial sectors such as retail banking, wealth management, transaction banking and capital markets.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and assess risks, design and implement controls, and monitor risk and control environments in the First line of defence.
• Manage issues and events, escalate as needed, and ensure timely reporting
• Provide risk insights to business stakeholders and support the development of risk management strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple lines of defence to drive risk awareness and compliance
• Oversee the execution of risk identification, assessment, and monitoring processes
• Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Develop and implement a risk-based compliance framework for managing risks
• Establish and recommend risk assessment standards across risk types, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of audit, assurance, and regulatory reviews related to Professional Services
• Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
