Branch Relationship Officer

• Customer service: Resolve customer issues, provide service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Sales: Generate new leads, identify sales prospects, and achieve sales targets
• Cross-selling: Promote and sell the bank's products and services to existing and new customers
• Financial solutions: Provide financial advice and solutions to customers
• Transaction processing: Process customer transactions and service requests within defined turnaround times
• Reporting: Maintain status reports, including daily activity reports
• Compliance: Follow the bank's internal guidelines and procedures
• Banking channels: Introduce customers to alternative banking channels like internet banking, mobile banking, and WhatsApp banking.
