Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders regularly
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
Manage project budgets and track expenses to stay within financial constraints
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and collaboration
Conduct resource planning and allocation to optimize team productivity
Oversee project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment

IT Skills and Experience

Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365
Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
Must be able to pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background

SKILLS :

Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)
Microsoft Office applications
EUC Support
Security

IT Qualifications

At least two of the following:

Bachelor of Engineering Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications
ITIL qualification
MCP certification

Experience in a similar role

5+years of relevant experience
