About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the aviation industry.
- You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively managing the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact to order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Handle incoming Requests for Quotations (RFQs) efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct thorough Fair Market Value (FMV) checks and research on aircraft parts.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with airlines, MROs, and other key stakeholders.
- Follow up diligently on all sent quotations to ensure timely responses and conversion.
Order Management:
- Manage and track purchase orders and sales orders accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in aviation sales.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e. , Aviation, Business, Engineering).
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft parts and their applications.
- Strong commercial awareness and assertiveness.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for challenges.
