Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (10-15 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions across various industries. You will serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems (i.e., ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation) using APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues effectively.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), integrations, and data migration.

- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Salesforce certifications (i.e., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are highly preferred.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Heroku, or other Salesforce ecosystem products.

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (i.e., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (i.e., AWS, Azure, GCP)
