Job Summary:
- The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
- This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. , marketing, product, customer success) to ensure effective sales execution.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
