Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (3-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce applications that support our business goals. You will work closely with business users and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.)

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues effectively.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), integrations, and data migration.

- Understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Heroku, or other Salesforce ecosystem products.

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (i.e., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Salesforce certifications (i.e., Platform Developer I, App Builder) are a plus
