We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Architect.
Primary Skills/Requirements :
- SAP HCM Time management.
- Extensive expertise of custom/standard PCRs, SCHEMAS.
- Experience in Solution design and development of customized solutions with help of ABAP HR.
- Knowledge in Workday and the integrations to SAP would be beneficial.
- Generate Payroll Calendars.
- Maintenance of Holiday Calendars and Generation of Work schedule rules.
- Excellent customer handling skills.
- Ability to Manage Multiple accounts.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
- 8 to 10 years' experience in SAP Payrolls.
- Strong experience working on SAP, Payrolls and Project Management
- Experience in development best practices, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), SAP Payroll and more.
- Knowledge with Integrations, encryption
- Understanding and support experience on payroll projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced in business process analysis, requirements capture, handling change management & keeping up to date with domain needs.
- Advanced knowledge of Human Resources Recruit to Retire processes.
- Business process simplification, standardization and harmonization minded.

Responsibilities :
- Design and configure SAP HCM Payroll solutions, including Time Management, PCRs, and SCHEMAs.
- Develop and maintain custom and standard payroll schemas and rules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legal requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP payroll solutions.
- Design and develop customized solutions using ABAP HR in collaboration with ABAP developers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Generate and manage payroll calendars.
- Maintain holiday calendars and generate work schedule rules.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Understand and manage integrations between SAP HCM Payroll and other systems, including Workday (beneficial).
- Work with encryption technologies and ensure data security.
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Lead and participate in payroll project implementations.
- Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions
