OpenText Consultant - xECM Module (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

The OpenText xECM for SAP Solutions Specialist will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of xECM for SAP Solutions and related components. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing ECM suite applications, conducting upgrades, and implementing solutions within the SAP environment.

They will work independently, providing expert-level support and ensuring high-quality outcomes in all projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Administration and Configuration :

- Oversee the administration and configuration of the ECM suite, including Content Server (CS), Archive Center (AS), OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), Secure Content Management (SCM), Brava, WebViewer, and Document Presentment.

xECM for SAP Solutions :

- Manage and configure xECM for SAP Solutions, including scenario configuration for GUI and Fiori.

- Handle upgrades and implementations of xECM solutions.

Upgrade and Migration :

- Lead and execute upgrades and migrations of xECM for SAP Solutions, Archiving and Document Access and its components.

- Ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Configuration and Development :

- Configure alerts, events, and notifications within Content Server (CS/Livelink) and Archive Center (AS).

- Develop and customize Content Server using Oscript, workflows, web/live reports, HTML, JavaScript, and Oracle PL/SQL.

Testing and Implementation :

- Conduct thorough testing of configurations and implementations.

- Provide support for all aspects of system implementation, from initial setup to final deployment.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with OpenText ECM Suite including experience with administration and configuration of ECM Suite.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Oscript, workflows, web/live reports, HTML, JavaScript, and Oracle PL/SQL.

- Strong experience in scenario configuration for GUI and Fiori in xECM for SAP Solutions.

- Proven track record of successful upgrades, migrations, and implementations of ECM systems.

Additional Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal assistance.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
