Pega Developer- PRPC Implementation (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

As a PEGA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions using the Pega Platform.

You will leverage your expertise in PEGA PRPC, CRM integration, and best practices to deliver high-quality applications that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Pega case life cycles, work parties, activities, and flows.

- Utilize Pega's low-code capabilities to accelerate application development.

- Integrate Pega with existing CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to provide a unified customer experience.

- Develop Pega connectors and APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems.

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable Pega architectures.

- Adhere to Pega best practices and standards for application development.

- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define system requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.

- Identify and implement solutions to improve application performance and scalability.

- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with other developers.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business analysts, architects, and testers.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years of experience in PEGA development and architecture.

- Substantial experience in CRM applications and integration.

- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.

- Proficiency in PEGA PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander) and PEGA frameworks.

- Strong understanding of PEGA design patterns, CRM integration capabilities, and best practices.

- Experience with PEGA 8.x and above.

- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (SQL, Oracle).

- Knowledge of Banking application and Pega integration projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional PEGA certifications (i.e., PEGA Certified Lead System Architect, PEGA Certified Senior Business Architect).

- Experience with cloud-based platforms (i.e., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (i.e., Scrum, Kanban)
