APPIT Software - Pega Developer - CSSA Certified (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and design standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Perform code reviews and ensure quality assurance of developed applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.

- Stay updated on the latest Pega features and technologies, and evaluate their application in existing projects.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with other systems and technologies.

Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Pega development and architecture.

- CSSA Certification is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of Pega platform features, tools, and frameworks.

- Experience with Pega 8.

- Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with integration of Pega applications with external systems (REST/SOAP).

- Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.

- Experience with DevOps practices in Pega application development
