Role Summary:
AuxoAI is seeking a skilled and experienced Pre Sales Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of prior experience in sales, with a strong background in pre sales processes. As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in demonstrating the value of our AI and data solutions to prospective clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging with C-suite stakeholders, and driving scalable pre-sales strategies across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the pre-sales team to deliver exceptional performance and alignment with AuxoAI's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on enterprise AI applications, generative AI tools, data infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation strategies.
- Develop and implement pre-sales processes that support scalable operations across diverse international markets.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in leading pre-sales teams within AI, data analytics, or enterprise technology domains.
- Deep understanding of enterprise AI applications, generative AI tools, data infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation strategies.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders effectively.
- Experience scaling pre-sales operations across global markets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
