AuxoAI is seeking high-energy, results-driven Sales Managers to join our team and help expand our footprint globally across key industries.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of prior experience in sales, with a strong background in prospecting, Lead generation and sales execution.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in{pipeline development and driving sales for Auxo AI's AI and data solutions & Services to prospective clients.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging with C-suite stakeholders, and driving scalable sales strategies across global markets.
You will also get an opportunity to transition (after 12 months of performance) to a Sales lead role in global geography like US /Europe or other global markets if you want to move onshore.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sales Ownership:
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospects through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and key AI initiatives to develop tailored outreach strategies.
- Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, present AI-driven solutions, and drive deals to closure.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-sales, marketing , regional sales and solutions teams to optimize Campaigns, messaging and sales enablement materials.
- Own revenue targets and work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies.
Pipeline & Account Development:
- Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and deal progression.
- Engage with CXOs, VPs, and Directors to position our AI solutions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with prospective clients in collaboration with Regional Sales team.
Industry & AI Knowledge Development:
- Stay updated on AI trends, emerging use cases, and competitive landscapes.
- Understand client challenges in adopting AI and position our services effectively.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in driving Sales pipeline and closure within AI, data analytics, or enterprise technology Services domains.
- Understanding of enterprise AI applications, generative AI tools, data infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation strategies.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders effectively.
- Strong modern AI led approach to driving lead Generation and Sales Campaigns
- Experience of reaching out to Healthcare, Hitech and CPG Industry sectors would be preferred
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
