Key Responsibilities:


Account Management:


- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, building strong relationships with CXO/CTO-level decision-makers.


- Maintain and grow business from existing customers by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new products/services to drive additional revenue.

- New Business Development: o Hunt for new accounts and generate business by showcasing value-driven IT solutions.

- Customer Champion: o Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure quality solutions, timely delivery, and excellent support.

- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate challenges to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Sales Excellence:


- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain a robust sales funnel aligned with organizational growth objectives.

- Provide accurate sales reports, competition analysis, and market trends.

Collaboration:


- Work closely with OEMs, partner ecosystems, and internal teams to deliver holistic solutions.
