Job Title: Business Development Manager - Technical Services
Job Description:
- As part of our business growth strategies, we are seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the technology services industry.
- This role involves driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for our technical services.
- The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our services align with market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close new opportunities for technical services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Generate awareness and interest in our technical services among potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and marketing collaterals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our solutions, industry trends, and target markets.
- Work with marketing teams to design and implement lead-generation campaigns.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track opportunities, and maintain client records.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with solution selling techniques and strong account management skills.
- Deep understanding of technology services and digital transformation.
- Established network and relationships with C-level contacts in the industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment.
