We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy fresher to join our IT support team for ground
staff. The candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and ensuring the
smooth operation of IT systems and devices used by ground staff. This is an excellent

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact
with non-technical users.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to acquire new technical skills and adapt to evolving
IT systems.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or helpdesk tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud services and email platforms.
• Certification in IT fundamentals (e.g., CompTIA ITF+, Microsoft Fundamentals) is a plus.
Work Environment:
• On-site role with occasional travel to other locations as required.
• Shift-based work may be necessary, including weekends and holidays.
