Technical Support Field Engineer ( Computer Technician )

Job Summary:

• Responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for computer systems and networks.
• Installs, configures, and repairs hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of computer systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers and networks.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Document service requests, solutions, and outcomes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely and effective issue resolution.
• Laptop, Hardware support, Installation, Configuration, Back up etc.
