Job Summary:
A role that involves providing technical support for IT infrastructure, including desktop/laptop preparation. This role requires experience with troubleshooting and resolving Hardwarèissues. Desktop management Printer Installation & configuration, Window Operating System Installation & configuration, Antivirus installation & management and Software installation & configuration. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking Troubleshoot hardware related issues. Hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching. LAN Management (Router/ Switch installation & configuration, TCP/ IP & IP Addressing, LAN Cabling etc.)
