Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant, youll be the face of AHA Smart Homes, managing end-to-end client communications, generating interest in our offerings, and booking demos to showcase our solutions at experience centers.

What You’ll Do (A.K.A. Your Superpowers):

• Client Engagement: Answer calls, introduce our offerings, and generate interest to book demo visits.
• Client Support: Address queries and concerns via calls or WhatsApp, ensuring top-notch service.
• CRM Management: Document all activities and maintain accurate client records.
• Follow-Ups: Ensure meeting/demo confirmations through timely follow-ups.
• Task Completion: Maintain efficiency and meet timelines for all assigned activities.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales.
• 3+ years of luxury sales consulting experience.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional people skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to articulate ideas and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
