We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused unit sales manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong customer relationships, promoting luxury products, and ensuring an exceptional sales experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, craftsmanship, and history of luxury goods to effectively communicate product advantages to clients.
- Utilize advanced sales strategies like upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling to drive sales with affluent customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, aesthetically appealing, and represents the brand's high-end image.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring sales patterns and replenishing stock to maintain product availability.
- Maintain strong post-purchase contact to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing, preferably in luxury or high-end retail
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, with a customer-centric approach
