Job Description

Position Overview: The Architect Sales professional will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with architects, designers, and construction professionals. This role involves promoting and selling the company's products and solutions to key stakeholders in the architectural and construction industry.
Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and other keydecision-makers in the construction industry.Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

Identify and target potential clients in the architectural and construction sectors.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Product Knowledge & Promotion:

Stay updated on the company's products, solutions, and industry trends.Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's products to clientProvide technical assistance and support to clients as needed.

  • Project Management:

Work closely with project teams to ensure client requirements are met.Monitor project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of products and solutions.Address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

  • Market Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the architecturalindustry.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead.

  • Collaboration & Coordination:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Coordinate with the product development team to provide feedback on customerrequirements.Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related fiel
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the architectural or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural products, materials, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Su
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with architects and design firm
  • Familiarity with construction project management.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standard
