Aurigene Oncology - Product Manager - Digital Process Excellence (6-8 yrs)

Desired Profile:

- Tech + MBA degree with minimum 6-8 years of experience in Product Management of scientific business applications around Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Quality.

- Must have good technology inclination, exposure to business applications in Manufacturing & Quality space like LIMS, MES, etc. in GXP space.

- Working knowledge of SAP and integrations is preferred.

- Must have hands-on experience in Designing, solutioning & executing Digitization projects/products, process improvement projects.

- Should have played a Business Analyst + Product Manager role for at least 6-8 years.

- Good understanding of business processes in at least one of the functions like Pharma Manufacturing and Quality.

- Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.

- Knowledge in Product management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC.

- Must have hands-on experience in process mapping, creating URS & specification documents & project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Digital initiatives end-to-end from ideation to execution and adoption in the manufacturing and quality space.

- Responsibility to own the business metrics and its delivery through direct and vendor-led work around internal products.

- Develop clear roadmap & strategy to improve business KPIs and user experience.

- Participate in business user requirements and understand the key operational & data challenges of the organization.

- Prepare business processes documents, URS and recommendations related to proposed solution.

- Adoption tracking and reporting to senior management.

- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.

- Oversee development of solution prototype.

- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a pro-active manner.

- Communicates needed changes to development team.
