Process Improvement & Development:
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement new or improved processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Create clear process documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain and update process documentation as needed.
Process Training & Implementation:
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure teams understand and adhere to established processes.
- Monitor process adherence and provide ongoing support to teams.
- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Process Auditing & Reporting:
- Conduct regular audits to assess process effectiveness and compliance.
- Analyze data and generate reports on process performance, identifying areas for further improvement.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process success.
RFP Management:
- Oversee the process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Contribute to the development of compelling and persuasive RFP responses.
- Create and maintain a library of reusable RFP content.
Quality Management & Compliance:
- Represent the business in interactions with the central quality team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, such as ISO, ISMS, CMMI, etc.
- Contribute to internal and external quality audits.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across India and international markets.
- Communicate process changes and updates clearly and concisely.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing, implementing, and managing business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO, ISMS, CMMI) is a plus.
- Experience with RFP response management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
