Work Days : Alternate Saturdays off and Sundays Off

Work Timings : 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM

Job Description:

The Reconciliation Specialist is "Primarily" responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient Reconciliation operations, including payments, collections, and commissions for Digi merchants. The "secondary" role also involves supporting new product creation, updating product pricing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities include:

1.)Reconciliation:

Complete bank reconciliations for Razorpay withdrawal bank accounts within 10-15 business days of month-end.

Regularly reconcile all accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in bank reconciliations promptly.

Ensure that all reconciliation processes adhere to internal and external audit requirements.

2.)Bank Entries and Reconciliation:

Handle bank entries for DG B2C, withdrawal partner banks, Razorpay withdrawals, and other online deposits and withdrawals with 100% accuracy.

3.)Commission Calculations and Disbursements:

Oversee, calculate, and disburse commissions for Digi merchants and EMI merchants with 100% accuracy and within 7 days of each month, provided there are no payment or other issues.

4)Timely and Accurate Financial Transactions:

Oversee and ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in processing payments, pay-ins, payouts, and collections for Digi merchants.

5.)Data Processing and Reporting:

Process data for Navision Software and provide online GST data to the accounts department by the 7th to 10th of each month.

Prepare and present Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports quarterly, ensuring all relevant financial data is accurately reflected.

6.)Product Pricing Updates:

Update pricing for all products in the Gold for All backend within 30 minutes of receiving the necessary data and approval.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial operations, with a strong focus on bank entries and reconciliation.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in financial software and tools.
