Assistant manager | Deputy Manager - Sales Co-Ordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and control receivables as per norms
• Maintain and upkeep register customer complaints in software
• Provide customer delight by complying with customers delivery schedule
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys against defined questionnaire
• Establish and sustain Good housekeeping (5S)
• Ensure timely dispatches and send delivery deviation reports on monthly basis
• Ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Products and ISO statutory requirements
• Keep abreast with current market trends to take higher responsibilities
• Prepare monthly Finished Goods stock statements to meet customer demand and maintain inventory at an optimal level
• Ensure receipt of inter-department performance satisfaction survey
• Keep track of samples sent and costs involved
• Recommend and strive to implement better MIS system

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of 3+ years in sales planning and customer support
• Immediate joining to 2 months
